Signing on the Dotted Line…

What We Were Promised!

On November 24, 2009, during our initial meeting with Tetra Tech, the responsibilities of the homeowner and town, were outlined and agreed upon. This agreement, as with many of the Boroughs, was a totally farcical. In the end, they ALL broke our agreement and reneged on all other commitments they had made to us. We were used – to gather facts and figures; abused – by the Borough of Sea Bright, T&M Associate’s Engineer and the Builder; and thrown by the wayside – Total chaos and destruction of our home ensued, leaving us to live out of boxes and fend for ourselves, in more ways than one.
